Regional Site Acquisition Managers
Working in your home area, you will be responsible for building a property development portfolio in the region.
You are an experienced property professional, with a demonstrable track record in the identification and execution of profitable schemes. You will be required to source and identify land opportunities including finding brown and Greenfield sites to build upon. The ability to identify such sites, spot market potential and network effectively within the marketplace are a must to be successful in this particular role. Utilising a land-buying background, you will have a thorough knowledge of residential planning and the development process. You are likely to have an existing network of land/development contacts within your region, you will be entrepreneurial by nature and comfortable working independently from Head Office. Responsibilities will include:
- research and appraisal to formulate development strategies and their implementation
- cash flow and financial modelling
- assist with new acquisitions and development activities
- Analyse the existing local plan and emerging LDF to identify areas where residential or mixed use development would be acceptable.
Reporting to the Head of Planning and Development, you will be commercially aware with best practise experience from a progressive environment, possess well developed negotiating skills and be a credible relationship manager. Highly motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude you will take ownership for the delivery of results. You will enjoy high levels of responsibility, excellent salary and a substantial performance related bonus package. Most importantly, candidates must be target driven and highly ambitious, aiming to reach director level within the next 5-7 years.
