taken in selecting plots for sale; future redesignation, rezoning and /
or changes in planning policies in the United Kingdom are by their very
nature uncertain and in no way guaranteed. Further wherever and
whenever Land is sourced, acquired and sold by Land Planning Group LP
to individuals Land Planning Group LP specifically do not have any role
whatsoever after completion within the same project and vice versa.
Land Planning Group LP makes no representation that materials or
services at this site are appropriate or available for use outside the
Isle of Man. If you choose to access this Site from outside the Isle of
Man, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for
compliance with applicable local laws.
