Innis Downs, Bodmin, Cornwall - TRSA (Trunk Road Service Area)

In 2007, LPG acquired a key strategic site on the Junction of A30 / A391. The road serves the Eden Project, currently the 5th most popular visitor attraction in UK. The site is served by a newly built and adopted service road, leading directly off the primary roundabout of the newly opened A30 by-pass.

 
The site comprises a level 28 acres, which will be home to a complete TRSA, including filling station, service area and hotel. These will be built to reflect their proximity to Eden, and will incorporate sustainability and organic materials, to the highest standards. LPG has put together a 1st class team which includes, Barton Wilmore and Scott Wilson on planning, and Carey Jones on architecture, and including Key Transport handling the traffic management and highways.
